Eng. Ghazi Alahmadi

Chairman & Co-Founder

Ghazi Alahmadi is a Co-Founder of Makan360 and a growth-focused senior executive with extensive experience across real estate development, investment, and large-scale project execution. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering and has completed three master's degrees spanning Information Technology and Systems Engineering (UK), Business Administration (Saudi Arabia), and Real Estate Development and Infrastructure Engineering (USA) — reflecting a multidisciplinary background aligned with his career progression.

Throughout his career, Eng. Ghazi has supported the effectiveness and performance of strategic partnerships, organisational structures, and operational platforms across both regional and international markets. His professional experience spans real estate development, engineering and construction, consulting, banking, oil, and information technology. He currently splits his time between Riyadh and the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, where he manages his business interests and has co-founded multiple companies in real estate, investment, and manufacturing.

Dr. Ghazi Al-Rawi

Co-Founder

Dr. Al-Rawi is a Co-Founder of Makan360. He also serves as Founder and Chairman of Valuegate Investments, Chairman of the Board of Riyadh Airports Company (RAC), a Director on the Boards of Matarat Holding, Qassim Cement Company (QCC), Rua Al-Madinah Holding (RAH), The Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB), Arabian Drilling Company (ADC), and Middle East Paper Company (MEPCO). He is a Member of the Board of Trustees of Prince Mugrin University (UPM) in Madinah.

From 2006 to 2015, Dr. Al-Rawi was a Founder and Managing Partner of Eastgate Capital Group, a leading regional private equity and real estate investment firm. Previously he was with McKinsey & Company, and was a faculty member at King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah. He holds an M.S. and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Management Science & Engineering (Finance and Investments) — all from Stanford University.

Salaah Al-Rashoud

Co-Founder

Salaah Alrashoud is a Co-Founder of Makan360 and a seasoned real estate development and investment leader with over 20 years of experience across residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial, and mixed-use projects in Saudi Arabia. His expertise spans real estate feasibility studies, land-use optimisation, infrastructure and superstructure development, asset management, governance implementation, and the resolution of complex legal and administrative matters.

He has held senior executive and board roles including CEO and Board Member of Shomoul Real Estate Development Co. and Al Madar Al Thahabi Co. He has managed and liquidated large-scale real estate portfolios and inheritance estates with a total value exceeding SAR 3 billion. He is also a Co-Founder of Fawaris Al-Olia Contracting Co. (FACCO) — the exclusive Saudi agent for URETEK Finland's advanced foundation and soil treatment solutions — and a Co-Founder of Ektinaz, a firm specialising in real estate capital preservation and asset management. MBA (USA / UK); BA in Islamic Culture, King Saud University.

Ahmad Al-Omani

Co-Founder & CEO

Ahmad Al-Omani is Co-Founder & CEO of Makan360, an accomplished real estate professional with over 22 years of primary focus on the Saudi real estate market. He is also Managing Director of Real Estate at Valuegate Investments in Riyadh, where he oversees real estate strategy, investment structuring, and project evaluation across the Kingdom.

As Executive VP and Acting CEO at Munshaat Real Estate (a Kuwaiti-listed company), he led landmark projects including Zamzam Tower in Makkah ($390M) — the first project in the region sold using the timeshare concept in 2002 — and Dar Al Qeblah in Madinah ($180M). In 2008, Ahmad founded Saudi Projects Group Holding in collaboration with some of Kuwait's most prestigious financial institutions. He has personally conducted more than 100 real estate transactions across all major Saudi cities and serves on the boards of several listed companies in Kuwait, Turkey, and Malaysia.
