Eng. Ghazi Alahmadi
Chairman / Co-Founder
Ghazi Alahmadi is a Co-Founder of Makan360 and a growth-focused senior executive with extensive experience across real estate development, investment, and large-scale project execution. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering and has completed three master's degrees spanning Information Technology and Systems Engineering (UK), Business Administration (Saudi Arabia), and Real Estate Development and Infrastructure Engineering (USA).
Throughout his career, Eng. Ghazi has supported the effectiveness and performance of strategic partnerships, organizational structures, and operational platforms across both regional and international markets. His professional experience spans multiple sectors including real estate development, engineering and construction, consulting, banking, oil, and information technology. He currently splits his time between Riyadh and the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.
Dr. Ghazi Al-Rawi
Co-Founder
Dr. Al-Rawi is a Co-Founder of Makan360 and serves as Founder and Chairman of Valuegate Investments. He is Chairman of the Board of Riyadh Airports Company (RAC), a Director on the Board of Matarat Holding Company, Qassim Cement Company (QCC), Rua Al-Madinah Holding (RAH), The Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB), Arabian Drilling Company (ADC), and Middle East Paper Company (MEPCO).
Dr. Al-Rawi brings with him a wealth of institutional relationships, investment experience, and senior management experience. From 2006 to 2015, he was a Founder and Managing Partner of Eastgate Capital Group, a leading regional private equity and real estate investment firm. He holds an M.S. degree and a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. degree in Management Science & Engineering with a focus on Finance and Investments, all from Stanford University.
Salaah Al-Rashoud
Co-Founder
Salaah Alrashoud is a Co-Founder of Makan360 and a seasoned real estate development and investment leader with over 20 years of experience across residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial, and mixed-use projects in Saudi Arabia. His expertise spans real estate feasibility studies, land-use optimization, infrastructure and superstructure development, asset management, and governance implementation.
Salaah has held several senior executive and board roles, including CEO and Board Member of Shomoul Real Estate Development Co. and Al Madar Al Thahabi Co. He has managed and liquidated large-scale real estate portfolios and inheritance estates with a total value exceeding SAR 3 billion. He holds an MBA from the USA/UK and a Bachelor's degree in Islamic Culture from King Saud University.
Ahmad Al-Omani
Co-Founder / CEO
Al-Omani is an accomplished real estate professional with over 22 years of primary focus on the Saudi real estate market. He is currently the Managing Director of Real Estate at Valuegate Investments in Riyadh, where he oversees real estate strategy, investment structuring, and project evaluation across the Kingdom.
As Executive VP and Acting CEO at Munshaat Real Estate (a Kuwaiti-listed company), he led landmark projects such as the Zamzam Tower in Makkah ($390M)—the first project in the region sold using the timeshare concept—and Dar Al Qeblah in Madinah ($180M). He has personally conducted more than 100 real estate transactions across all major cities in Saudi Arabia.
